Venticinque 0 is a beautiful, original, unique ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very easy access: No steps to get in. No steps inside. It consists of a large and spacious living room with sitting and dining area in front of a fire-place. There is a separate fully-equipped kitchen with an adjoining private courtyard for laundry and parking bikes. From the living area you have the access to a corridor, to a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. The day area is open onto another internal courtyard which is a real gem! From this courtyard you have the access to a master-bedroom (anyway another room) with en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The thing is that this room is open onto a sunny green garden: it is wonderful. Magic place.

Both the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The apartment comes with wifi (already ON), dish-washer, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator and 5 gas cooker, traditional oven, iron, ironing board.

The Venticinque number 0 is something special. Something unique. Something you will not find anywhere else in Lucca: two internal open-air spaces that cannot be seen (and not imagined) from the street and that offer you a comfortable and quiet daily life.

About the LOCATION
The building is located at Via Pelleria number 25, west side end of Lucca historic centre. Quiet area, far enough from crowds and stores to avoid daily-life noises and at the same time only few steps from everything. Groceries, cafès, bars, restaurants and all the major historic sites … everything is really few steps away from the front door. The access to the promenade of the city's walls is just at the end of the street… Bus Station is just round the corner 5 minutes walking. Train station is 15 or so minutes walking away. Info office is 5 minutes walking..

The BUILDING recently restored dating back to 1630 as the inscription MDCXXX visible on the external facade attests offers a beautiful large and clean main entrance.
