Stunning 100 sq.m. third and top floor apartment overlooking internal gardens and courtyards in a very charming historic centre setting. The layout consists of a spacious day area with an open space plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area: at night there are two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedroom comes with an extra single bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom comes with twin single beds and the second bathroom is in next door in the corridor with walk-in shower. There is also a small utility room with washer.

The apartment comes with internet wifi, dish-washer, washing machine, air co and safe and last but not least mosquito screens at every window.

The main feature of this great apartment is the space and its light!

The building is located in the west side end of Lucca historic centre. Quiet area, far enough from crowds and stores to avoid daily life noises and at the same time only few steps from everything. Groceries, cafès, bars, restaurants and all the historic sites, say everything is only few steps away from the front-door.
Also: the access to the promenade of the city's walls is just at the end of the street. The building itself deserves a mention. Dating back to 1630 - as the inscription MDCXXX visible on the external facade attests - it used to be a convent of nuns. Then abandoned for a long long period it was bought and totally restored by the current owner about 15 years ago.
The result is this beautiful, elegant and comfortable place to stay and even to live!
The main entrance of the building is large, clean and well kept.

Debora, you are an absolute delight to work with! From the very beginning when we contacted you about staying somewhere in Lucca, you have gone out of your way to make our trip a wonderful adventure. You and your team exceeded our expectations.
The information in the apartment about Lucca was especially. We had a couple of dinners at recommended restaurants, shopped at Gino Frutta and had cappuccino at Dolce Vita. The apartment is so close to everything. The beds so comfortable, bright and sunny. We can't wait to return! Ciao!

The whole experience was excellent great information at booking met at the property by an informative and pleasant member of the team Paola and the information provided at the property was comprehensive and beautifully and clearly presented making film use of the teams very personal local recommendations and advice about the property and Lucca and all Local facilities and points of interest . Debora who moves on the same building was very helpful contactable immediately if needed and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated well equipped spacious warm tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable with great wifi a wonderfully well Organized property and great team to coordinate and support us brilliant we will definitely be repeating our visit to this apartment in Lucca
