Venticinque 9 is a large one bedroom apartment very well designed and furnished and fully-equipped with everything you may need. It lies on a third and top floor of an old beautiful building, restored and very well kept: 55 easy steps from the street level.

The flat consists of an a very large day- area with a kitchenette, dining table and two sofas with television, and radio/music player. The night area comes with a double bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with shower and smaller room with a single bed and a wardrobe. The apartments is fullya ir conditioned and it comes with a dish-washer and washing machine. Also, there is a safe and an already set & working internet connection.

About the LOCATION
The building is located in the west side end of Lucca historic centre. Quiet area, far enough from crowds and stores to avoid daily life noises and at the same time only few steps from everything. Groceries, cafès, bars, restaurants and all the major historic sites, everything is only few steps away from the front door. The access to the promenade of the city's walls is just at the end of the street…

This is a perfect location (by coincidence i live in the same building) and allows everybody to comfortably live inside the walls as parking for residents is just close by and those for not resident only 5 minutes away.

25 - Venticinque is the name of a recently restored building dating back to 1630 as the inscription MDCXXX visible on the external facade attest. The entrance of the building is large and clean and well kept. Unique, original setting in a very Italian style.
