This is a charming and bright two bedroom apartment on a top floor with a beautiful view over roofs and hills. It consists of an entrance, nice and bright day area which offers a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table comfortable for six, sofa, television. Two windows facing south get a lot of light and a suggestive view. The night area comes with a double bedroom with a queen sized bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds. Both the bedrooms have a wardrobe and share a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also an small utility-room with a washing-machine.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and comes also with dish-washer and screes at every windows.


About the LOCATION
The building is located in the west side end of Lucca historic centre. Quiet area, far enough from crowds and stores to avoid daily life noises and at the same time only few steps from everything. Groceries, cafès, bars, restaurants and all the major historic sites … everything is only few steps away from the front door. The access to the promenade of the city's walls is just at the end of the street…

This is a perfect location (by coincidence i live in the same building) and allows everybody to comfortably live inside the walls as parking for residents is just close by and those for not resident only 5 minutes away.

About the BUILDING
25 - Venticinque is the name of a recently restored building dating back to 1630 as the inscription MDCXXX visible on the external facade attests. The entrance of the building is large and clean and well kept. Unique, original setting in a very Italian style.
